Information collected through this site

This site collects only what you type into a form: your name, organization, email address, telephone number if you provide it, the category you select, and your message. It is used to answer you.

Information collected through the platform

The platform records biometric readings, video, and environmental measurements inside a customer facility, together with the identity of the animal each reading belongs to. Those records belong to the operating facility. Terms governing retention, access, and any secondary use are agreed in writing with the operator before deployment.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed to service providers acting on our instructions, to a facility’s authorized veterinarian where the operator directs it, and where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful to the relationship and then deleted. Platform records follow the retention schedule in the operator’s agreement.
